Here is a list of some of my favorite phone apps.
Dr. Nemechek’s Blog
I’m so hip I even have an app for the iPhone that lists all my blog posts. Just click on this link or go to the App Store on your iPhone and search under “low carb”.
It’s the only app listed only as’ Low Carb’.
Carbohydrate Calculator
This iPhone carbohydrate counter is pretty good, its called Tap and Track.
This is a good app for the droid – Livestrong.com Calorie Tracker.
They also have one for the Blackberry – Livestrong.com Calorie Tracker
Body Mass Index Measurement
The National Heart Lung and Blood Institute has a nice app for a variety of phones at this site.
